I´m a paddy

I´m a Paddy from the Island that I love.

From the Island who is ever green.

I love Dublin and the Phoenix Park.

You´re my Ireland where i´ve ever been.

I saw the Sun go up at Shannon-River

and saw the Sun go down at Dingle Bay.

Sheeps stand at the top of your green mountains

and I thought nothing could take me away.

I´m a Paddy from the Island that I love.

From the Island who is ever green.

I love Dublin and the Phoenix Park.

You´re my Ireland where i´ve ever been.

I walk through the dark streets of Killarny,

saw the pubs and girls from Dublin town.

Drunk a lot of Whiskey, Beer and Coffee

hear the Songs, the unforgotten Sound.

I´m a Paddy from the Island that I love.

From the Island who is ever green.

I love Dublin and the Phoenix Park.

You´re my Ireland where i´ve ever been.

I stood on your foggy Cliffs of Moher,

feel the power of your stormy sea.

I was excited about your people ´bout your country.

I´m really shure that I come back someday

I´m a Paddy from the Island that I love.

From the Island who is ever green.

I love Dublin and the Phoenix Park.

You´re my Ireland where i´ve ever been.
